I have been fixing and flipping house's for the past 8 years on and off. This last year I tryed doing it full time and just found out, the realtor I'm currently working for wants to put buying house's on hold for awhile. So that leaves me looking for a new one to work with. I'm honest, hardworking, reliable, clean cut and trust worthily. Tools I have are Sliding compound miter saw 10" Most of all hand tools Cordless drills Tile saw Truck Tools I want to get when I get the money Aircompresser Trim guns Texture gun Table saw Work I can do Trim Drywall- mud, tape, texture, paint Tile Flooring Cabinets Light electrical Light plumbing Light framing but would like to Learn how to frame everything Bathroom Kitchens Bedrooms I can pretty much take car of the whole inside of a house. Thinks that I would like sub out Big landscape jobs Roofing Exterior painting- I'm just one guy and take to long. Most electrical work Plumbing- sink moves, crack fixes. I learn fast and take pride in my work. I look to be paid weekly if possible or two weeks is fine. I don't say I can do something if I can't. I'm always looking to learn and in this field you do everyday. I'm ok as a w-2 or a 1099. I would also be interested in becoming a LLC. But with insurance I would have to up the price.
