Hi, my name is David. I currently work as a Superintendent in Brooklyn and have a part time job in the construction industry. I have remodeled bathrooms and kitchens and anything between walls, roof and floors. My purpose of this ad is to help those that really want to remodel their bathroom or kitchen with a weekly down payment. Understanding the crisis of money, i made propositions to my tenants that i can remodel their bathroom or kitchen, which includes replacing walls, floors, replacing sink and toilet, new medicine cabinet, new fixtures like, towel bars, soap dish etc. and the same for the kitchen. At the cost of or between $1800 to $2500 with labor and materials included. It all depends of the size of your kitchen or bathroom and your taste buds. Heres the plan: Example for Bathrooms I spend around $600-$950 on materials, it should take me around 4 to 5 days to complete the renovation, you will have to put down your first down payment of $100 to $150. Labor will always be between $1100 and $1500, making a total of $1,800 to $2,450. Example for Kitchens (includes all kictehn cabinets and base, counter tops, sink and faucet) ( floor and backslash are a separate charge) On materials i spend around $2,500 to $3,000 plus labor to install $1,500 making it a total between $4,000 to $4,500. The labor will take around 3 days. A weekly payment will have to be made after the work is done, till full payment is completed. It should take around 4 months to pay for bathroom and 6 months for kitchen . I also use Home Depot and Lowes. I also install anything you prefer different and exclude it from the material budget. I have my own tools/equipment and i dont charge extra for them. I am a family man and trustworthy. I will use a contract to sign off our deal with price discussed. A receipt will be provided with labor and all receipts will be kept for your records.
