Remodel/Rehab Crew needed (Glendale,Wi)

I am in search of someone with a at least one or two helpers to do Tile, install cabinets, drywall, minor carpenty, painting (knock down preferred) , doors, and hardware. We perform about 10-15 rehabbed properties a year not including rental units. The homes we rehab are in the $150-$500k range in good neighborhoods. We supply all materials needed and labor is paid weekly or in draws. We have existing electricians,plumbers, and hvac teams in place. We pay based on the project and a bonus is paid if project is completed in a timely manner. You would be expected to have tools,transportation, and experience.
