Renovator Job in Phoenix, Arizona

I need my two story ,200'sq house re- painted. The exterior only is I real bad shape. Needs to be pressure washed first, then all loose paint needs to be scraped off. Any bad facial needs to be replaced, finally everything must be caulked before paint.
