Matrix is looking for good carpentry crews to install full, turnkey basement projects in the South, South East and Western Northwest suburbs. Matrix Basement Systems, Inc. has been providing exceptional waterproof basement products and basement remodeling services since 2009. Matrix is looking for skilled installers for basement projects: do you have experience in remodeling, construction, painting, electrical, plumbing and are looking for a new and growing company to work for? We are looking for crews who have a winning combination of skilled craftsmanship, customer service, clean driving record, and exceptional communication skills. Projects include the installation the Matrix Wall System, doors and trim, drop ceilings, etc. Skills Needed: -Seam finishing skills need to be a 10 out of 10 -Rough and Finished Carpentry -Drop Ceilings Qualifications: -Must have own reliable transportation and clean driver's license. -Must attend work daily, on time, and have a positive work ethic. -Must speak English. -Any crews applying need business license and insurance. -Experience working as a sub for a GC is a plus and will be highly considered. Compensation: -Compensation is by piecemeal or per item work. -Labor is based off architectural drawings outlining the specific scope of work to be completed and installed. -Pay is 50% advance and 50% upon completion and paid every other Friday.
