Seeking a reliable person with experience, attention to detail and good time management to complete the buildout of an unfinished second story. Home was built two years ago and the second story was never completed. Planning for bonus room, hallway with closet, bathroom, and bedroom. Framing, electrical, and plumbing rough in completed. Everything else need completing: HVAC, sheetrock, doors hung, flooring, base boards, trim, bathroom complete installation and finishing (tub, toilet, vanity and fixtures already purchased), painting.
