Renovator Job in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota

I am going to invest $350 a month for a year on remodeling a house. It is in need of carpentry work.(carpeting, siding, framing, etc.) If the renter has these skills I will pay them. If not I will pay a contractor. Either way the renter gets to decide what is upgraded AND what color, shape, size, etc. they want. If you have these skills and this interests you call me. If you don't have these skills but, would love to spend $350/month renovating the house you're currently renting call me. 2 bedroom with LARGE fenced yard on corner lot in town. Washer and dryer included. Natural gas heat and stove. No smoking. No pets.
