Type of employment: Full-time – Permanent Estimated start date: As soon as possible Job Duties: Load, unload and transport construction materials Drive trucks to and from customer sites Mix, pour and spread materials Clean up the site prior to leaving Remove debris from the work site Tend equipment used for insulation Prepare equipment and site for either spraying or blowing insulation. Apply insulation to proper specification. Return to office and file job report Requirements: Education: No education is required Experience: Experience is an asset; on-the-job training will be provided Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Overtime required Personal suitability: Team player, Flexibility, Reliability Weigh Handling: Up to 23kg (50 lbs) Driver’s licence is required (Class DZ) Worksite environment: At heights, Confined spaces, Dusty, Cold/refrigerated, Hot and Tight conditions in attics Language: Intermediate level of English is required Salary: $22.00 Hourly, 40-44 hours per week Benefits: Extended Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Pension Plan, Uniforms and Vehicle provided by the employer (work use only), and Accommodation provided at a cost. Transportation cost covered if worker needs to relocate. Important Information: Flexibility in scheduling is required to accommodate project schedules.
