Property investment group operating within the city of Detroit is currently in search of crews of skilled tradesman to rehab properties. Crews must have insurance, liability and workers comp. all applicants must also have their own company and all tools and skills needed to complete jobs in timely fashion. Crews are expected to do finish work of the house. The investment group has its own roofer, electricians, h.v.a.c and ect. to compliment the needs of the crews, but any additional trades that applicant can do is a bonus.
