I am looking for a tile professional to do some tiling this week/weekend. Here are the details: Approx 850 sq ft 18x18 porcelain tile Standard pattern Minimal furniture Floor is stripped to concrete No baseboards will need to be reinstalled 1/8" grout lines I have tiles, only need to know what type and how much mortar and grout is needed. Please let me know what your approx per sq ft is.
