Renovator Job in Chesapeake, Virginia

I have a 1920s 2 story with odd shaped rooms and lath and plaster walls. I am stillin a very early planning phase of renovating and would like a professional to help me sort out my options. my hopes include removing walls and possibly adding a downtairs bathroom, but I cant even realistically begin dreaming up ideas when I dont know whats safe to knock down. Knowing I'm not ready to start ripping or building, I'd like a quote for spending 30 mins or an hour helping me know whats actually possible without accidently caving my house in on myself Thanks
