Renovator Job in Hillsboro, New Hampshire

Hiring a renovation carpenter/tradesperson in Central NH. Work located within 1 hour of Hillsborough, NH. Full-time, year-round position -- no subcontractors please. Compensation includes hourly wage, travel reimbursement, paid vacation, and paid holidays. Hourly wage will depend on abilities and productivity. We work year-round so there is no risk of being laid off in the winter. Must have driver's license, reliable transportation, and an honest, dependable, production-based attitude. Bottom line: The employee who looks out for us will be looked out for in return, will be compensated well, and will be treated like family. Must be able to work independently, problem solve on the jobsite, and produce on a daily basis. Work includes finish carpentry, sheetrock repair and painting, flooring (mostly laminate and ceramic), siding, roofing, window replacement, deck building, light plumbing and electrical repairs, and basically everything else that might be involved in a complete home renovation. No lack of variety here. Willing to train the right employee in some of these trades if necessary. We own all the houses we work on so no need to deal with customers, although we do make repairs on our rental properties so we occasionally interact with tenants.
