My name is Shannon, 40 yr old single mother who designed previous home with builder to maximize livable space on a very tight budget. I can visualize a space in its' current state and reconfigure, modernize and customize it to your specific needs & budget. I have experience in interior decorating, restoration, antiquing, repurposing and reusing existing materials to help keep overheard down. I know what buyers are looking for and take great pride in my ability to turn any house into a dream home. As a former antique shop manager & military spouse, I have extensive knowledge when it comes to restoration with an excellent eye for high end design and function.
