Renovator Job in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Sammy made promises to me to repair a roof. I paid him a portion to do the repairs in the middle of winter (January) then he backed out and kept my deposit because he said it was over 30 days. The agreement stated sometime after 1/1/17 as it was the middle of the winter. We agreed he would do when the weather warmed up. Now he has changed his mind and refuses to refund mu deposit. SCAMMER
