Renovator Job in Riverside, California

We currently live in San Diego, and are getting our house ready to list and sell. Moving back "home" to our Riverside house we've owned since 1976. It's been rented out since 1992, but with family living there the last 7 years, we've been able to do some repairs and minor upgrades. Needs: total reno of both bathrooms and kitchen. Possible wall removal (will discuss). Flooring . Popcorn ceilings removed. New upgraded windows. New patio concrete and patio cover. Block walls on sides of house to replace fence.
