My name is Jody Langford, I have over ten years of on-and-off experience in the construction, landscape, and handyman industry. If you’re in need of all sorts of odds and ends, or simply some new-year home renovations, I’m your gal! I have experience in (but am never limited to) the following: patching/installing/mudding drywall, professional painting, laminate flooring, finishing, doors and casings, appliance removal/installation, tiling, wood carpentry, wood and steel stud framing, cabinet installation, hard and soft landscaping, and deck and fence construction. I also have a degree in sculpture, which gives me a very good eye and know-how for problem solving. My rate is $35/hr, and have full personal liability and WCB coverage.
