Most recent job in Margate, FL (November 2016): Remove popcorn ceiling and texture ceilings. Remove wallpaper from walls, resand walls, and paint walls. Remove laminate flooring and install tile flooring. Remodel stairs. Completed this job in less than 2 weeks. Pictures coming soon.

J. Land Remodeling is the absolute best. I purchased my home two years ago and moved in without doing any work. As time progressed, I contracted people to do my roof, master bathroom, etc. All of these instances have been headaches and nightmares (People don't come when they say they will come, they have excuses why job requires more work than they thought, and work does not end up looking like the pictures in the magazines). I was referred to J. Land by my mother-in-law and I was completely blown away. Quick, hard working, makes sure the job is done right, and will even help go to store to help find materials, etc. Great company and fair price. I will only use J. Land for ALL future jobs.
