Myself and my team are contractors who work in the Denver, CO area and have worked in both commercial and residential properties. Our company has cut back significantly on overtime and my team is looking to help you with whatever needs you may have to fulfill our schedules. We do work by the hour once we have entered your home and anytime it is required to leave the home whether it is to grab tools from home depot or lunch we are off the clock to ensure you pay for the time we are actually working. We also do estimates and whatever the price we estimate you is the guaranteed price. If we quote you 80 hours for 2 people and it takes a 100 hours you only pay for the 80 hours you were quoted and if we complete early then that is what you pay. Customer Service and Satisfaction is our number one priority. We do all the pricing for you and the research to ensure you are within your budget and that is all free, again you don't start paying until we have entered your home. We take our time to find exactly what you want for the price you want. I would like to provide you with a background of the two primary leads for our team. Myself (Chris) is a Iraq and Afghanistan combat veteran who served in the Army on Active Duty from 2008 to 2015 and am still currently serving in the Colorado National Guard. I have done everything from commercial work to residential and I believe professionalism and attention to detail is something I have done for 9 years serving the country. I recently moved back to Colorado after getting out of the military. I have been doing various construction projects for 8 years and have enjoyed every minute of it because when your done it gives you a sense of accomplishment and nothing is more satisfying than a happy customer. Nick is my right hand man and grew up around construction his whole life with his dad working in the Denver area. He has lived in Denver his whole life and has also done various commercial and residential properties.
