My name is Sam, and my husband's name is Chris. We are two contractors looking for home remodel and repair jobs, odd jobs, and general labor jobs. Chris attended Manchester School of Technology, and has bundles of knowledge in different trades and general construction to accomplish any task you may need to have completed. We are clean-cut, and people usually describe us as workaholics. We have our own company that does home remodel and repair, and we do many other odd jobs. Currently, it is just the two of us, and we both work in the field. We have done work on other homes, can provide references, and have pictures we can show to potential customers if they are looking to have similar projects done. We can do a number of things, including landscaping, framing, roofing, painting, remodeling, flooring, and more. We do not take on any project that we do not think we have enough knowledge with. While I have experience, I am still learning from my husband Chris, who has on site professional job training in everything that we do. We take pride in being cheaper than regular contractors (our hourly rate is $20 an hour each), but we make sure we measure up when comparing quality. We do perform work according to building code, so there will not be an issue with safety. We are a professional company that is being formed, so we do expect professionalism from you as well. I do the office work, and customer relations as well as working on job sites. I try to answer all calls 24/7, 365 days a year, but if I can't pick up my phone, I always call back the same day, usually within an hour. We do not regularly work weekends as we believe that is family time, but we schedule work throughout the week to fit our customers' schedules.
